Livingston Taylor

This photo was taken during a concert at Central Park in Manhattan when Livingston was opening for Joan Armatrading. Richie Hayward, from Little Feat, was playing drums in her backup band shortly after having had major surgery on one of his legs following a motorcycle accident. Little Feat was one of my favorite bands, and Richie Hayward was a wonderful drummer and a kind gentlemen.
